Google OS | Gos | Hetroweb

Good OS, more commonly known simply as a gOS is a lightweight implementation of Ubunto Linux with a focus on web applications. In other words, gOS is basically the cloud-centric operating system of today, using web apps instead of locally running programs for e-mails, photo and document editing, etc.

Because of the familiarity this breeds, gOS is often touted as the most easy to adjust to Linux distribution in the market. it comes preloaded with WINE to allow for Windows applications and makes heavy use of Google Gadgets on the desktop.
However, not everyone is comfortable with relinquishing controll of all computing power to the cloud, unstable as it is today.
